What is VIPER99???
What is the |VIPER|SQUADRON
We are an On Line Gaming Community. We play as a group on a number of different platforms and game genres; ranging from Classic ‘Bang-Bang’ Duke Nukem to some of the more recent releases, such as UT3.
However, VIPER99 has its real clan calling for UNREAL TOURNAMENT. For the most part we are a UT’99 GOTY preservation clan. Our gaming passions reside in Classic and Hard Core Death Match and Capture the Flag game modes.

Six members officially founded the VIPER Clan in the year 2003.

However, The VIPER clan was actually started in the year 1999 by Commander and IGN. It is the reason behind the title ‘VIPER99’. Commander and IGN were part of many other clans, but their common goal remained in focus to build their own clan.
With the fall of many other clans, Commander and IGN arose from the per verbal ashes to start |VIPER|. But they had support for there efforts.
At the time, Sweet-Boo was possibly |VIPER|’s greatest assets since she was the official recruiter. And many people joined the |VIPER| Clan simply based upon her putting the word out.
Commander, Gemini, IGN, V1P3R, and TankerAce served the clan as competitive players, with one common objective. Go to other Clan Servers and dominate the game with competitive skill.
With in a few months after the official launch, |VIPER| was bursting with more than 30 to 40 members from all across the globe; Each |VIPER| member adorned the clan with superior skills and talents, ranging from Admin skills to brutally swift game skills.

However, tragedy befell the |VIPER| Clan, and almost all of it’s talented members left to start their own Clans. From the downfall of the |VIPER| clan several new clans arose.
Wings, Vulpine Mission, Subway Gangsters, and Kill Frenzy were only a few of the Clans spawned from |VIPER|
FUTURE…
The |VIPER| Clan will remain as an Online Gaming Community for any new games in the foreseeable future. But its roots will stay grounded in one of the most phenomenal social cults to ever be witnessed on the Gaming Bandwidth. UNREAL TOURNAMENT’99
